exploring connection and pause

Jenna Minor Kline is an artist working in watercolor, drawing media, and fibers in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, USA. She explores the range of human connection and isolation with the simultaneous push/pull of relationships and the range of time and pause in life and nature. She uses portraits and images of family life and nature to investigate those spectrums. She is interested in portraiture as a means to help people be seen and feel seen. Her series of colorful watercolor paintings of caregivers balances the intensity of childcare with the sweetness of the rewards.
